This program can be (and has been) structured as a half-day with custom case studies crafted to address a specific organizational learning need. It addresses two of the biggest issues most Boards and Leadership teams face:
- Where does what I/we do most appropriately and effectively begin and end, and
- How does a Board become and stay engaged in its work?
This workshop combines leader presentation of key concepts with active application and discussion of real-life situations to ensure that participants leave the program having achieved their learning goals.
